Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
LMFT License #134612
Specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy and maintains a private practice in Irvine, CA.
Welcome to my therapy practice in Irvine, CA. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering individual and couples therapy for anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I earned my Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy from Hope International University and began my work in private practice shortly thereafter. I offer a space where you can slow down, take a breath, feel understood without judgment, and begin moving toward healing and growth.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 25 years in the corporate world in education, sales, finance, and adoption. It was during my time as an Adoption Advisor—supporting birth parents and adoptive families through deeply emotional and life-changing experiences—that I discovered my passion for counseling and walking alongside others through complex emotions and significant life transitions.
My Mission
My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped not only by my clinical training, but also by my personal experiences with marriage, divorce, parenting, grief, loss, and caring for loved ones through difficult seasons. Because of this, I understand how overwhelming life can feel, and I strive to meet you with compassion, steadiness, and genuine care. My clients often appreciate knowing that I don’t just understand their struggles professionally — I’ve also lived through many of life’s challenges myself.
I believe therapy should feel collaborative, grounded, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns, helping you gain insight, build self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to shift, we will move at a pace that feels right for you—helping you reconnect with your strength, your voice, and a greater sense of clarity and balance.
A Safe Space for Healing, Growth, and Connection
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. Opening up about your life, your relationships, and your struggles takes courage, and I deeply respect that process. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.
Even in life’s heaviest moments, I believe there is a way forward. Therapy is an investment in yourself and your well-being—one that can support healing, foster meaningful growth, and help you become a more grounded, confident, and authentic version of who you are. You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
